Turn off Skype, Facebook, and do not use the phone during the grind.<\/p>\n<p>3. Focus on long-term results, not short-term.<\/p>\n<p>4. Play on a monitor if you have more than 4 tables (unless I'm only with a laptop somewhere).<\/p>\n<p>5. Understand that you won't win a tournament in one hand.<\/p>\n<p>6.
